Service Regolation

To ensure the maximum commitment, reliability and cordiality to our clients, we bring to your knowledge the principal rules that regulate our service, to which the acceptance is subordinated of the order irself.

For deliveries addressed ti hotels, restaurants, tourist resorts, camping site, health-care clinics, churches and cemeteries and in general to all places in which it is not possible to deliver a floral gift directly to the addresse therefore the gift itself has to be left to the personnel office, the delivery will be retained valid by the signature of the personnel in charge and of the delivery receipt and correct execution.

During the period of Christmas, New year, Epiphany, Mother's Day, Easter, Saint Valentines and Women's Day the delivery of the floral gift could be anticipated the day before.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, or because in the locality of execution there does non exit the type or the quality of the flowers requested or, may be available, in this case the florist is autorized to provide the substitution of the type and quality of flowers requested by the client with a very similar kind and of the same price.

In case of a non delivery of a floral gift due to wrong or incomplete information of the name and address of the addressee, or in the case the addressee can not be found, the established fee, including the cost of the goods will be totally on behalf of the purchaser.

N.b.: Complaints presented after 3 days from the date of delivery cannot be accepted. 
The hours of delivery given by the client cannot be chenged, only in the case of wedding or funerals.
